Supply of Red Hat software subscriptions or equivalent open-source solutions for Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego: Renewal of existing subscriptions in quantities specified in Table 2 of the Order Description (OPZ), including manufacturer support. An option for the purchase of additional new subscriptions, also with manufacturer support, is provided as per Table 3 of the OPZ. Equivalent solutions are permissible, with the bidder required to demonstrate fulfillment of the OPZ requirements. Detailed conditions are specified in the Draft Contract Provisions (PPU) and the OPZ.
