Tiling and natural stone works for the new construction of a four-story school with partial basement (3,021 m² GFA, 10,535 m³ GIV) for 40 students with intellectual disabilities and residential training groups: site setup (1 lump sum), subfloor preparation, filling and leveling works (approx. 500 m²), subfloor priming (approx. 1,500 m²), composite waterproofing for wall and floor surfaces (approx. 400 m²), sealing tapes, corner and connection joints (approx. 900 m), pipe penetration sealing (approx. 300 pcs), porcelain stoneware wall tiles (approx. 400 m²), porcelain stoneware floor tiles (approx. 400 m²), ceramic skirting tiles (approx. 150 m), silicone joints and elastic connection joints (approx. 1,500 m), tile profiles, separation rails and expansion joints (approx. 120 m), walk-in showers including connections and slope formation (6 pcs), mirror systems (laminated safety glass mirrors, 17 pcs), Thuringian travertine natural stone treads (approx. 300 m), slate natural stone risers (approx. 300 m), natural stone platform coverings (approx. 250 m²), natural stone skirting boards (approx. 300 m), elastic natural stone joints (approx. 900 m), anti-slip profiles for natural stone steps (approx. 250 m), entrance area clean-off systems (4 pcs).
