The work includes common items according to standard specifications for construction, with predefined prices. Estimated contract volumes per lot are based on past experience and may vary; there is no entitlement to commissioning. Contract duration: January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with an annual extension option unless terminated 6 months prior to expiration. Maximum total duration: until December 31, 2029. Locations include schools, daycare centers, fire departments, administrative buildings, youth and senior facilities, residential and commercial buildings, and sports facilities.
