Organization of a monitoring expedition/campaign in national transitional, coastal, and marine waters: for the project on developing a study for the integrated monitoring program of the Black Sea marine ecosystem according to the Marine Strategy Framework Directive (2008/56/EC). This includes organizing a sea expedition in the offshore area of the Romanian continental shelf for 10 days in the period 2026-2027. Services include expedition organization, collection, analysis, and processing of data from the expedition, from projects, and other sources contributing to the marine environment monitoring report.
