Open space planning for the restructuring, modernization, and ecological qualification of a commercial bus depot in Berlin-Lichtenberg: The total property covers approximately 114,000 m², of which approximately 19,000 m² (approx. 17%) are existing unpaved green and open spaces. The service includes the creation of a technically sound open space concept considering building regulations and green space compensation for the entire property (TP1), as well as for the new construction of an operations control center with ÜGS (TP3). The specialist planner is responsible for the content accuracy, completeness, and plausibility of the concept and informs the general planner or object planner about requirements. Coordination with the building authority occurs only in agreement with the project controller and the client.
