Landscape Architecture Planning for the Modernization of the HWK Ulm Education Academy

Landscape architecture planning according to § 39 HOAI 2021 for the modernization of the HWK Ulm Education Academy at Köllestraße 55, 89077 Ulm: The overall project includes partial demolition, modernization of existing buildings, and new construction. The planning encompasses functional and design integration of the new building into existing structures, reorganization of internal access for pedestrians, bicycles, delivery, and individual traffic, planning of attractive common and communication areas, barrier-free design of all outdoor facilities, consideration of climate-resilient and sustainable open space solutions (rainwater management, de-sealing, greening, preservation of valuable vegetation structures), and planning and implementation considering ongoing academy operations and phased realization. Commissioning is staged, starting with service phases 3 and 4; further service phases are optional and subject to funding approval. Planning start is October 2026, design completion (LPH 3) August 2027, construction start end of 2028, completion 2032/2033.
