Landscape Planning for Multi-functional Building Nordanlage Sportforum

Landscape planning and media planning: Service phases 1-9 for the replacement new construction of a multi-functional building on the Nordanlage at the Sportforum in Leipzig. The main body of the new multi-functional building is to be constructed at a right angle to the old running hall on the south side of the athletics stadium. The old running hall will be largely demolished, and the ground partially unsealed. Both end sections of the building are to be single-story. The single-story central part of the hall is intended for the running and jumping area, with a clear height of 4 m and a cantilevered roof in the outdoor area. The new multi-functional hall includes sprint tracks, jumping test tracks, and functional areas such as changing rooms and sanitary facilities, equipment room, storage, garages for tractors and small transporters, technical room, trainer's office/multi-purpose room, and a foyer. Planning of outdoor sports areas is not foreseen.
