Inspection of Sports Equipment and Playgrounds (2027-2031)

Inspection of sports equipment (as defined by NP S52-409, R.322-19 to R.322-26 Code du sport, extendable to non-standard equipment), playgrounds (as defined by decrees n°94-699 and n°96-1136), sports/health trails (as defined by FD S52-903), climbing walls (as defined by EN 12572), and gymnastics apparatus (as defined by L.421-3 Code de la consommation). The contractor shall use their own inspection equipment and software for data entry. Reports must be submitted after each inspection mission. Main and operational inspections are to be performed, and the database updated. Corrective or maintenance operations are not part of the contract. Lists of municipal equipment and installed materials are detailed in the technical specifications and may evolve. Inspections of specific, non-standard materials are possible for events. The maximum annual amount (excl. tax) for all group members is 76,000 €.
