Landscape Architecture Competition for Gap Closure in Anlagenring, Offenbach am Main

Landscape architecture competition for the gap closure and open space enhancement of the Anlagenring in Offenbach am Main: The project area includes a realization part (island-like green space between Isenburgring and Sprendlinger Landstraße with playground, green spaces at Starkenburgring north of the clinic) and an idea part (adjacent green spaces and street areas). Concepts must be developed considering climate protection, climate adaptation, species and biotope protection, and biotope networking to improve the living environment. Eligible participants are landscape architects from EEA/GPA states or legal entities providing corresponding planning services. Assessment criteria are based on the Sustainable Building Assessment System (BNB) covering socio-cultural/functional, economic, and ecological quality; the order of criteria does not represent a weighting. The total competition prize money for awards and recognitions is EUR 87,500, divided into 1st prize EUR 30,000, 2nd prize EUR 22,500, 3rd prize EUR 16,000, 4th prize EUR 11,000, 5th prize EUR 8,000; further items as per the tender documents.
