Volunteer Surveys weltwärts 2026-2030

Execution of annual volunteer surveys in the weltwärts program for the North-South and South-North components for return cohorts 2026 to 2029: technical setup and operation of an online survey system, multilingual execution of standardized online surveys, invitation and reminder management, data protection compliant processing of survey data, creation and updating of cross-cohort datasets; statistical evaluation of surveys including special evaluations, creation of various report formats (including overall reports, carrier reports, quality network reports, country reports, and publication reports), presentation of results, development of proposals for methodological and content-related development of survey instruments. Reports must be partly multilingual and barrier-free according to BITV 2.0. The contract covers the survey of the 2026 return cohort with extension options for the 2027, 2028, and 2029 return cohorts.
