External inspection and monitoring of the mineral surface sealing for the Breitenbrunn VA I - VA IV landfill: Inspection and monitoring of the subgrade, BVM, TAS, technical barrier, mineral sealing, filter, and drainage layers, as well as the recultivation layer. This includes suitability, identity, and installation tests, trial field supervision, approvals, and documentation for the sealing work on the outer and inner slopes. Services are to be performed according to the project-specific QMP, status 09/2026. Construction is planned for 2027 to 2028, with initial inspection activities (initial QMP inspection) required within one week of contract award.
