Design and Construction of a New Technical Facility in Gliwice

Design and construction of a new technical facility for railway rolling stock maintenance in Gliwice, ul. Bojkowska 39, under a "design and build" system. This includes the preparation of all project documentation (multi-branch conceptual design, demolition, construction, executive, as-built, and operational projects, investor cost estimates, technical specifications, siding operation regulations, fire scenario), obtaining all necessary permits (demolition, building permit, utility conditions, collision removal), and the execution of construction works (preparatory, demolition, securing, ancillary, and cleaning works). Also included are the equipping of the facility, internal installations (water-sewage, central heating, mechanical ventilation, compressed air, electrical, telecommunication), site development (pedestrian paths, internal road, parking, sand silo, fencing), external installations (water-sewage, storm drainage, electrical, external lighting, telecommunication, railway control systems), reconstruction of conflicting existing utility installations, construction of connections, and the construction of the track system and traction network.
