Joint Sealing and Window Replacement for Trams

Joint sealing and window replacement for trams: Renewal of visible joints and replacement of vehicle windows including bonding as part of major maintenance for types NGT D12 DD, NGT D8 DD, NGT 6 DD ER, NGT 6 DD ZR, and NGT 8 DD. A minimum purchase of 50 vehicles is guaranteed, with a maximum quantity of 79 vehicles (planned: 2027 20, 2028 21, 2029 21, 2030 17 vehicles). The number of windows to be replaced per vehicle depends on demand. Optional accident repairs can be called off for all mentioned vehicle types as well as NGT DX DD, limited to a maximum of 100 windows and 60 deployments over the contract duration (estimated quantity around 12 windows in 8 deployments per year). The services will be performed at the Gorbitz and Trachenberge depots in Dresden. Windows, adhesive (Sika bonding system), and adhesive guns will be provided by the client. Only personnel trained as adhesive practitioners (EAB) or higher may be employed. Remuneration will be based on unit prices per linear meter of visible joint, per window, and per deployment.
