Horticultural Maintenance and Funeral Services for Cemeteries in Niederkrüchten

Notice title: Gärtnerische/landschaftsgärtnerische Pflege- und Unterhaltungsarbeiten sowie Durchführung der Bestattungen in der Gemeinde Niederkrüchten

Horticultural and landscape maintenance work, and the execution of funeral services including preparatory earthworks, for the three cemeteries in the municipality of Niederkrüchten: Elmpt (approx. 22,800 m²), Niederkrüchten (approx. 18,600 m²), and Oberkrüchten (approx. 5,300 m²). Services are divided into two lots: Lot 1 for Elmpt Cemetery, Lot 2 for Niederkrüchten and Oberkrüchten Cemeteries. Horticultural maintenance and funeral services must be awarded jointly per lot, with funeral services having priority. Offered funeral types include shallow coffin ground burial, deep coffin ground burial, urn ground burial, urn stele burial, child coffin burial, and stillborn ground burial. From 2023–2025, an average of 24 shallow coffin ground burials, one deep coffin ground burial, 65 urn ground burials, and 3 urn stele burials occurred annually. Quantities for burials are not estimable; billing will be based on unit prices per burial event. Burials are to be conducted Monday to Saturday between 9:00 and 12:00 and 14:00 and 16:00, with simultaneous burials at Niederkrüchten and Oberkrüchten cemeteries excluded. Wreath trolleys, coffin lowering devices, grave lining mats, and coffin transport trolleys will be provided by the client if needed. The contract duration is five years with two one-year extension options, starting on 01.01.2027. Changes to funeral types or area functions by the municipality are reserved.
