Horticultural/landscape gardening maintenance and burial services for the municipality of Niederkrüchten

Horticultural and landscape gardening maintenance services and burials including preparatory earthworks: for the three cemeteries in the municipality of Niederkrüchten (Elmpt approx. 22,800 m², Niederkrüchten approx. 18,600 m², Oberkrüchten approx. 5,300 m²). Burial types include shallow earth burial for coffins, deep earth burial for coffins, earth burial for urns, stele burial for urns, coffin burial for children, and earth burial for stillborns. Annually, an average of 24 shallow earth burials for coffins, 1 deep earth burial for coffins, 65 earth burials for urns, and 3 stele burials for urns took place between 2023-2025. Burials are conducted Monday to Saturday, generally between 9:00-12:00 AM and 2:00-4:00 PM. Wreath carts, coffin lowering devices, grave lining mats, and coffin transport trolleys are provided by the client as needed. No areas are provided for parking machinery, equipment, and materials. The contract duration is 5 years with two extension options of 1 year each, with services starting on 01.01.2027. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for Elmpt Cemetery, Lot 2 for Niederkrüchten and Oberkrüchten Cemeteries. Changes to burial types and area functions during the contract period are reserved.
