Operation of Social and Rehabilitation Centers for Disabled Persons and Autism Services

Operation of social and rehabilitation centers for disabled persons and autism services: Management of the CSER Francesca Day Center for Disabled Persons, providing care for a total of 36 users (24 in Urbino, 12 in Via S. Margherita), including 35 severely disabled (SRDis 1.1) and 1 non-severely disabled (SRDis 1.2) user. Four of the severely disabled users require 1:1 support. The center is open Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM, for at least 48 weeks per year (240 days). Closures are during Christmas and Easter holidays, and two consecutive weeks in August. Management of the Autism Service for an average of 12 users (children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder), which takes place on five afternoons per week for approximately 42 weeks, currently in temporary premises in Via Redipuglia in Urbania, with future relocation to new premises at the Urbania school complex for children. Management of other services upon request, including a Psychopedagogical Service for Developmental Age for users with learning and behavioral problems of compulsory school age (currently 33 users), offered from January to June and from September to December (37 weeks) on two to three afternoons per week from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the locations Urbino, Fermignano, Urbania, and S. Angelo in Vado, and the "Dopo di noi" (After Us) Project to support severely disabled persons without family support in moving out of the family home or de-institutionalization, provided the project is refinanced by the Marche Region. The contract duration is from 01/09/2026 to 31/08/2029, with an option for an additional 3 years. The Unione Montana reserves the right to adjust operating hours and days if necessary.
