Landscaping for the replacement building for Pathology and Human Genetics at the University Hospital Tübingen: preparatory work, site setup, demolition, disposal, earthworks, paved areas, drainage works, concrete and precast concrete construction, furnishing, planting, and completion and development care. This includes the creation of approx. 1,200 m² paved areas (concrete pavers, concrete slabs, and asphalt paving), approx. 600 m² greenable surface paving, approx. 325 m² lawn and 75 m² meadow areas. Approx. 1,300 t of soil, construction debris, and asphalt are to be disposed of, and approx. 820 m³ of topsoil and soil are to be supplied and installed. Furthermore, the contract includes the supply, planting, and care of approx. 5 trees and approx. 770 hedge plants, as well as the installation of various precast concrete elements, precast concrete walls, and steps. Elements to be constructed also include asphalt, paver, and slab surfaces, parking spaces, pathways, fire department and truck access roads, ramp and stair systems, edgings, drainage channels, conduits, precast concrete elements, seating and furnishing elements, bicycle racks, foundations, and empty conduits. The work must be coordinated in the vicinity of a clinic site with ongoing operations of adjacent buildings.
