Steel-glass doors for Cyber Valley Innovation Campus, 2nd construction phase

Installation of steel-glass doors and other locksmith works for the new construction of an institute building with offices, electronic and mechatronic laboratories, and rooms for teaching and education: The building comprises one basement floor and 5 upper floors; total net floor area (NGF): approx. 13,525 m², gross floor area (BGF): approx. 15,312 m², gross volume (BRI): approx. 70,862 m³. The services include post-and-beam facades in sizes of approx. 20.5 m² (W 4600 mm H 4380 mm), approx. 9.5 m² (W 2150 mm H 4380 mm), approx. 21 m² (W 4750 mm H 4380 mm, 2x), and approx. 25.5 m² (W 5750 mm H 4380 mm), each with steel S235JR substructure T 95 mm W 50 mm. Also included are: 1 unit electric swing door 1-leaf (W 2700 mm H 3630 mm, 1 transom, 1 side panel, 37dB, 1.9W/m²K, block frame/casing sheet steel D 1.5mm, steel frame door); 4 units electric swing doors 2-leaf (W 2160 mm H 2430 mm, 43dB, 1.9W/m²K, block frame/casing sheet steel D 1.5mm, steel frame door); 4 units electric fixed glazings (post-and-beam construction H 2430 mm W 1100 mm, 1.9W/m²K, double insulating glass D 9mm); 4 units panels for post-and-beam facade (H 500 mm W 2430 mm, multi-layered, galvanized steel, mineral wool, galvanized steel); 4 units single windows for post-and-beam facade (43dB, 1.9W/m²K, W 2120 mm H 1305 mm, 1-part, galvanized steel frame, double insulating glass, all-round connection); 5 units electric swing doors 1-leaf (W 1875 mm H 2750 mm, 1 transom, 1 side panel, EI2 30-S200C5, block frame/casing sheet steel D 1.5mm, steel frame door); 3 units electric swing doors 2-leaf (W 1870 mm H 2750 mm, 1 transom, EI2 30-S200C5, block frame/casing sheet steel D 1.5mm, steel frame door); 6 units electric swing doors 2-leaf (W 2000 mm H 2750 mm, 1 transom, EI2 30-S200C5, block frame/casing sheet steel D 1.5mm, steel frame door); 5 units electric swing doors 1-leaf (W 2000 mm H 2750 mm, 1 transom, 1 side panel, EI2 30-S200C5, block frame/casing sheet steel D 1.5mm, steel frame door); 1 unit automatic sliding door with fire protection function EI30S200.
