Gas Supply

Supply of natural gas to 21 consumption points of the client, the Sozial- und Jugendzentrum Hinterste Mühle gGmbH, and the Veranstaltungszentrum Neubrandenburg GmbH. The estimated annual gas requirement is approx. 3.9 million kWh/year; consumption data from 2025 serve as a guideline and are not binding purchase quantities. Gas supply prices consist of a working price in cents per kilowatt-hour and a basic price in EUR/year, plus VAT on net prices. Grid usage fees, fees for metering and meter data provision, concession fees according to KAV, and balancing energy levy according to § 29 sentence 2 GasNZV are not included in the offer price. A fixed price applies for the entire contract duration without price adjustment. The supply includes grid usage as an all-inclusive contract; the consumption points are located in the grid area of Neubrandenburger Stadtwerke GmbH. For each participating public client, a contract with the same price will be concluded based on a sample gas supply contract; the bidder's own contract terms are not permitted. An auction will take place on 27.10.2026 for one hour, after submission of offers and notification of placement.
