Green electricity supply: Delivery to approximately 892 consumption points with a standard load profile, totaling approximately 2.8 GWh/year, and 11 consumption points with metered load measurement, totaling approximately 1.7 GWh/year, for Neubrandenburger Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH, Immobilien Reparatur- und Servicegesellschaft mbH Neubrandenburg, Sozial- und Jugendzentrum Hinterste Mühle gGmbH, Veranstaltungszentrum Neubrandenburg GmbH, and Pflegeheim Neubrandenburg gGmbH; total delivery volume approximately 4.5 million kWh/year; green electricity from renewable energies (§ 3 No. 21 EEG), not EEG-subsidized, with origin certificates or on-site generation; includes supply for charging stations (some to be built 2026/2027) and a parking garage; fixed price per kilowatt-hour, excluding electricity tax, VAT, network usage fees, metering fees, levy according to § 19 Para. 2 StromNEV, offshore liability levy according to § 17f EnWG, KWKG surcharges, concession fees according to KAV, and potential reactive power; no price adjustment during contract term; all-inclusive electricity supply contract including network usage in the network area of Neubrandenburger Stadtwerke GmbH; electronic auction expected on 27.10.2026.
