Building, glass, contents, and elemental insurance for the buildings of the City of Wülfrath: Contract period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2029 with an option for two extensions of 12 months each. Required are official proof of authorization to operate as an insurer in Germany, an excerpt from the commercial register, proof of solvency, a current annual report, references in property insurance for German public administration bodies, self-declarations on reinsurance coverage and risk management, and a declaration on ratings. Three comparable references in building and contents insurance for municipalities with at least 25,000 inhabitants must be provided, covering the current or last 3 calendar years, including at least 30 municipal buildings, and having a duration of at least 2 years. Award criteria are premium amount (70%) and quality of insurance coverage (30%). Qualitative sub-criteria include additional costs for municipal facilities (liability period 24 months, 20 points), determination of costs for irreplaceable damages (3,000 EUR, 10 points), ancillary construction/management costs (cost reimbursement 7% or 10%, 10 points), premium surcharge for refugee homes (50%, 30 points), insured items for fire brigade deployment including motor vehicles (15 points), and drainage pipes outside building/property (60,000 EUR, 15 points). Offers with less than 50 points will be excluded.
