Building and plant automation: Delivery and integration of one automation station for HVAC systems with BACnet/IP communication, M-Bus connection, and local priority operation (LVB), one graphical touch panel (15 inches) for operation and visualization, and one Layer-3 switch as the central network component for the building automation network. This includes the delivery and integration of 36 temperature sensors (outdoor, room, and immersion temperature sensors), pressure sensors, frost protection monitors, and leakage monitoring devices, as well as one motorized three-way control valve and 4 motorized shut-off valves. Programming and parameterization of 87 physical data points (29 AI, 42 BI, 7 AO, 9 BO) and 101 virtual data points (52 AV, 49 BV) including alarming and monitoring functions. Setup of the building management system with 9 plant graphics, trend recordings, time programs, and historization. Services include engineering, programming, commissioning, functional testing, documentation, and operator training.
