The building has a gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 3,390 m² (including approx. 657 m² basement garage) and a gross volume (GV) of approximately 9,864 m³, constructed using reinforced concrete and masonry, primarily on strip foundations. The basement garage provides 22 car and approx. 34 bicycle parking spaces; an additional 9 car and approx. 64 bicycle parking spaces are created outdoors.
