Building Automation for Climate-Neutral Administrative Building

Building automation for a climate-neutral administrative building with a floor area of approximately 790 m², constructed with sustainable materials and certified according to BNB and QNG standards: Controls and regulations for building technical systems are centralized in DDC technology at automation hubs. A superordinate control system is used for operation, parameterization, logging, and visualization of all building technical components. A GLT server will be installed, operated via a remote workstation. Independent systems such as district heating station, pumps, emergency power system, and server cooling are integrated into the overall system via BACnet interfaces. An improved control system enables the networking of weather data, CO2 concentration, room and outdoor temperature. Ventilation control is managed by the building automation system; fault and operating messages, including temperatures and operating statuses, are recorded by the GLT. Separate cooling generation for ULK with integrated control, whose operating and functional parameters are provided via BACnet protocol. Fault messages from plumbing, electrical engineering, and elevator systems are connected via potential-free contacts. Services include: 1 DDC sub-station as ASP 01, 4 control cabinets for decentralized ASP (indoor installation), 8,500 m telecommunication installation cable J-H(ST)H 2x2x0.8, 350 connections for cables and lines, 14 air quality sensors, 80 globe control valves with actuator DN 15, 2 control cabinets for ASP 02 (indoor installation), 1 DDC sub-station as ASP 02, 50 m CAT 7 cable, 1 GLT central computer (GLT server), 1 operator station as workstation computer, 1 building management software.
