Heating installation for a climate-neutral administrative building at Mewesstraße 22-24, Bad Oldesloe, with a floor area of approximately 790 m² and BNB and QNG certification: District heating connection with a heating load of 50 kW (static) and 25 kW (dynamic); supply of heating ceilings with 39°C/34°C, ventilation system with 55°C/30°C, and dynamic heating surfaces with 39°C/34°C; delivery of a heating center with district heating transfer heat exchanger and safety group; multisplit unit for IT rooms with 3 indoor units and one outdoor unit for approx. 3x2 kW partial cooling; consumption monitoring. Services include: 1 precise pump pressure maintenance system with integrated vacuum degassing (district heating transfer station), 1 basic expansion vessel 200 l for pressure maintenance systems, 3 high-efficiency, maintenance-free, regulated wet rotor pumps, 350 m medium-weight threaded pipe DN 15, 105 m welded steel pipe DN 50, 35 m DN 50 with 50 mm insulation layer and sheet metal casing, 30 m DN 65 with 140 mm insulation layer and sheet metal casing, 1,600 kg steel construction as profile steel construction, 725 m aluminum-laminated thermal insulation DN15…80 according to EnEV and pipe thickness, 254 heating ceiling sails 1,750…3,000x1,050 mm, 24 ceiling sails 2,000…2,750x1,050 mm, 10 ceiling sails 2,500x750 mm, 280 ball valves DN 15 PN 16, 140 differential pressure regulators DN 15 KVS up to 25 with insulation shell. The contract period extends from calendar week 37 2026 to calendar week 46 2027, divided into WuM planning including ordering/delivery (CW 37 2026 to CW 05 2027), on-site execution (CW 09 2027 to CW 42 2027), and commissioning, PVO, handover, and acceptance (CW 43 2027 to CW 46 2027).
