Building automation: approx. 460 physical data points, approx. 450 communicative data points via data interfaces, approx. 410 communicative data points via Mod-Bus for individual room control, 1 ASP with LVB, 3 floor distribution boards, connection of local system controls (KVS, KM, WWB) with 1 ventilation control and 1 heat pump, integration of approx. 20 medium meters via M-Bus and approx. 50 electricity meters via Mod-Bus / M-Bus. An independent BA network and individual room control via Mod-Bus are to be implemented. Establishment of a new building management system (BMS) and integration of the building into an Energy Management System (EMS). The cabling must be halogen-free.
