Building Maintenance and Transport Services for PPC Group Romania

Building maintenance and transport services: Maintenance of buildings and related spaces for civil and industrial premises, as well as handling and transport of furniture, documents, archives, materials, and equipment. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement are presented in Form F16. The estimated minimum quantities and values of the framework agreement represent 33% of the maximum quantities and values. The estimated quantities and values of the largest subsequent contract anticipated to be awarded per company simultaneously are equal to the minimum estimated quantities and values of the framework agreement and include all service types mentioned above. The minimum quantities of subsequent contracts to be executed simultaneously represent half of the maximum quantities of subsequent contracts. The duration of each subsequent contract will be determined by the Purchaser's needs; the first subsequent contract will have a duration of 12 months. The frequency of awarding subsequent contracts is 12 months. This is a framework agreement with a single economic operator per lot.
