Maintenance and Upkeep Services for the Vehicle Fleet of RETELE ELECTRICE ROMANIA SA

Maintenance, upkeep, and administration services for an operational vehicle fleet of 566 vehicles, distributed across three operating regions. Services include roadside assistance, maintenance and service, management and payment of road usage fees (ROVIGNETE), car wash service, tire management (supply, seasonal change, repair of tires/rims), GPS monitoring, supply of legislative kits (first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, reflective triangles), vehicle wrapping management, maintenance of vehicle accessories (hardtops), and repairs. Estimated minimum and maximum quantities for the framework agreement, as well as estimated quantities and frequency of subsequent contracts, are detailed in the tender documents. The estimated value of the largest subsequent contract for Lot 1 Muntenia is 2,804,291.63 Lei without VAT; subsequent contracts will be awarded annually.
