Articulated Loader via Operational Leasing with Buy-out Option for Municipal Waste Management

Delivery of an articulated loader via operational leasing with a buy-out option: a new (production year not older than 2026) wheel loader with a diesel engine, minimum 142 kW power, complying with European emission and safety standards. The lease agreement has a term of 5 years (60 months) with variable monthly rates (WIBOR1M) and an initial payment of 20% of the net value, payable within 10 days of delivery. A buy-out option after the lease term is 1% of the net value. The handling fee is 0%. VAT is calculated per installment. Insurance for the leased item is provided by the contracting authority. The warranty is 60 months or 6,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
