General Planning Services for Birth School Center

General planning services for the Birth School Center in Velbert: New construction of a science wing (sub-project 1) for the gymnasium, new construction of a DIN 3-court school sports hall (sub-project 2) with grandstands, and a parking facility (sub-project 6). The general planner will create a functional performance specification including key details, plans, and calculations for further planning. Optional commissioning with partial services from planning and execution phases LPH 3-8 for quality assurance is possible. Requirements include energy-efficient construction, needs-based equipment, high pedagogical quality of stay, organizational aspects, fire protection, escape routes, and accessibility. Specialist planning services can be offered or a consortium (ARGE) formed; subcontractors are permitted.
