General planning for the new construction of a daycare center: Building design, including spatial interior fittings, fixed installations, and general fittings; outdoor facilities design, including facade greening and extensive green roofs; structural engineering; fire protection services; building physics (thermal insulation, sound insulation/building acoustics, room acoustics). Planning is to be carried out up to HOAI service phase 4. In service phase 2, the preliminary design of the new building must be energetically optimized in collaboration with external sustainability coordinators, climate adaptation management, energy management, and the client's project management. Creation of an approval-ready barrier-free concept. After service phase 4, the scope of services includes the creation of a functional performance description for a subsequent procurement procedure with a total contractor. Furthermore, the contract includes planning and construction quality assurance for services commissioned from the total contractor, specifically service phases 3-5 and 8.
