Re-evaluation and object-specific asset allocation for Dortmund's sewage system

Re-evaluation and object-specific asset allocation for the sewage system: Determination of an additional replacement cost value (Type ii) and replacement cost time value (Type ii) for the approximately 2,000 km sewage network (gravity sewers, pressure pipelines, open surface drainage) of the city of Dortmund. This includes a one-time asset allocation of the fixed assets managed in SAP (acquisition and production costs, residual book values, replacement cost time values) to individual objects for storage in novaKANDIS. Furthermore, the revision of the calculation bases for wastewater and rainwater fees using a fictitious separate system, and the definition and implementation of a tool for a data cycle to ensure congruent and fee-secure management of network changes in SAP and novaKANDIS are required.
