General planning services for the replacement new build of the Gartz/Oder Pumping Station: preparation of the complete planning services according to HOAI service specifications. This includes repeat services for service phase 2 for engineering structures (§ 43), buildings (§ 34), technical equipment (§ 55), desilting (§ 39), outdoor facilities (§ 39), and structural engineering (§ 49), as well as planning services for service phases 3-4 for the same areas. Additionally, design surveying, geotechnics, an initial sludge investigation, and unexploded ordnance detection are included. Planning services for service phases 5-8 are optional.
