General planning services for the expansion of the KTB research tower

General planning services for the expansion of floors 1 to 4 of the KTB research tower: Integration of existing structure, current planning, and new requirements into a comprehensive, approval-ready, tender-ready, and executable overall plan; preparation for construction start and early tenders/construction measures; connection of the existing shell and technical equipment in the 2nd basement with a new RLT concept, approval planning, S2 areas, building-wide provisions for separate GMP expansion, and complete laboratory planning. Laboratory planning KG 470 includes laboratory technical systems, bench systems, laboratory furniture, and fixed laboratory equipment. Equipment planning KG 610/620 covers table-top, large, special, and existing devices with device-specific lists, media connections, installation, and operating/maintenance areas. The scope also includes interventions in the basement, ground floor, attic, roof areas, shafts, facades, and access areas, as well as the planning of building-wide and upstream systems up to the handover points of the GMP expansion.
