Framework agreement for general planning services: Planning of buildings and interiors, technical equipment (plant groups 1-8), structural engineering, traffic system planning, building physics (thermal insulation, energy balancing, building acoustics, room acoustics, sound insulation), engineering structures (groups 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, varying by location), fire protection, and location-specific specialized planning for special uses (e.g., breathing apparatus training facility, real fire hall) for the construction of fire stations and a civil protection center (including ancillary uses) at 6 locations using modular construction. The duration is 6 years. The goal is to create a functional performance specification for commissioning a general contractor. The planning services will be awarded per location via a "mini" competition within the framework agreement's applicant pool.
