General contractor services: turnkey and ready-for-occupancy construction of a building project based on the preliminary design (LP3), approval planning (LP4), and lead details (LP5) provided by the client. Includes all structural, technical, and landscape construction services, as well as all necessary planning services for the execution planning (object planning, technical equipment, structural engineering, outdoor facilities planning), including all required expert and specialist services. A cost ceiling of 2,900.00 €/m² rental area (incl. 19% VAT) for a rental area of approx. 7,250 m² must be adhered to, totaling approx. 21.0 million € (gross). Bids exceeding this cost ceiling will be excluded.
