General Contractor Services for Residential Complex Walter-Friedrich-Straße 50-60

Turnkey construction of a residential complex: General contractor services based on preliminary and approval planning (Lph 4 according to HOAI) with an existing building permit. Includes all structural, technical, garden, and landscape construction services, as well as planning services for object planning, technical equipment, structural engineering, and open space planning. Encompasses all expert and specialist services and the procurement of necessary permits. Planning and realization must be in modular or elemental wood or wood-hybrid construction. Four selected bidders are to prepare an architectural project study, an energy concept, and a fire protection concept; a compensation of 7,500 Euro incl. VAT will be granted for each. A cost cap of 3,550.00 €/m² living area (gross) for the services (KG 200-700) must be observed. Further details are available in the project data sheet.
