General contractor services for the renovation of Tonhalle Düsseldorf: Renovation of all facades (excluding the already completed west facade), associated windows and doors, access facilities (including the temples on the north side), as well as the waterproofing and rainwater drainage of the terrace, including the associated wastewater network throughout the entire building. Renovation work includes waterproofing of the entire terrace (horizontal brick surface, steps, railings, coping stones, excluding the western facade connection), facades on the north, east, and south (brick surfaces, natural stone surfaces, windows, doors), access facilities of the temples on the north side with renovation of partially damaged mosaics, and the brick staircase on the north side. The renewal of the wastewater network involves replacing rainwater inlets on the terrace, removing suspended ceilings on the 2nd floor, renewing wastewater pipes while protecting existing installations, renewing lighting, and installing suspended ceilings. Work must be scheduled to avoid disturbing performances and rehearsals at the Tonhalle. Planning for service phases 1-5 is available.
