General contractor services for the turnkey and functional replacement new construction of an office building with 95 workplaces, including all necessary planning services up to approval planning (excluding outdoor facilities). The building comprises a basement, a ground floor with customer traffic, and the 1st to 3rd upper floors, and must be built barrier-free according to DIN 18040 / Part 1. 42 parking spaces are planned. The scope of services includes the new construction of the building after partial demolition of the existing customer hall and medical service, the backfilling of the excavation pits with RC material, and after commissioning of the new building, the demolition of the remaining complex, further excavation backfilling, and landscaping.
