Micro X-ray Fluorescence Analysis Device (µXRF)

Delivery of a complete desktop micro X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (µXRF device) for non-destructive elemental, mapping, and phase-mineralogical analysis of solid samples, particles, powders, liquids, geological samples, thin sections, electronic components, materials with inhomogeneous composition, and topographically complex samples. The device must enable point analysis, line analysis, areal elemental mapping, work with complete spectral data from each measured point, and subsequent offline data evaluation. Intended applications include materials science, geology, mineralogy, forensic analysis, archaeometry, screening for hazardous substances, biological samples, and the detection of heavy metals or rare earth elements. Minimum requirements are defined in the technical, commercial, and other contractual conditions of the tender documents, specifically the technical specification and the binding contract draft.
