Site setup and safety: 40,000 linear meters of construction fence with quick-build panels, additional 10,000 linear meters for relocating the construction fence, 1,000 units of construction site access and exit (gate), 480,000 meter-weeks extended standing time for construction fence/gate, 1,000 units of chemical site toilet, 12,000 weeks extended standing time for chemical toilet, 1,000 units for obtaining traffic law arrangements, 1,000 lump sum for setting up traffic safety, 8,000 weeks for maintaining traffic safety, 1,000 units of crane/lift for own transports, 1,000 units of construction power distributor including connection works, 12,000 weeks for holding the construction power distributor, 1,000 units of construction water, 3,000 units for dismantling and storing flagpoles, and 3,000 units for reassembling flagpoles. Multiple main offers are permitted, each of which must be capable of being awarded. The award criterion is price, determined from the evaluation sum of the offer, considering discounts, reimbursement amount from the wage adjustment clause, and maintenance offers.
