Scaffolding works: 5,600 m² support scaffolding for a weather protection roof as a length-oriented standing scaffold (frame, partly with sheeting), including a roof edge protection scaffold; 400 m² length-oriented standing scaffold as working scaffold (3 kN/m², SW09, H2); scaffolding on dwarf gables, risalits, dormers, and tower elevation; scaffolding over a glass roof with lean-to rafters, a courtyard wall, and an adjacent building; 7 pedestrian protection roofs over entrances and driveways; interior scaffolding in 4 stairwells (L 6m, W 3m, H 5m); 7 stair access points (7-8 m height); 3 stair access points (13-14 m height); 2 construction hoists (500 kg, 2-4 m², H 10m); 2 construction hoists (500 kg, 2-4 m², H 16m); 4 drop-off platforms (5m height, min. 600 kg load capacity); 3 drop-off platforms (8-10 m height, min. 600 kg load capacity); 680 m² protective measures on paved areas. Services are to be executed in several sections, require close coordination with other trades, and a substance-preserving approach in the monument, which may limit machine use. Manual transport, longer distances, and limited storage areas must be considered. A crane will be available for structural works from November 2026. Expertise: References for scaffolding works on monuments of comparable difficulty from the last 6 years are required.
