Scaffolding work for the comprehensive modernization and expansion of the listed main administration building of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Hessen in Frankfurt am Main. This includes hazardous material remediation and complete gutting of the building complex (main building, intermediate building, and river-side building) to a shell-like state, both interior and exterior. The scope of services covers the demolition of all technical installations, partial demolition of non-load-bearing interior walls, complete demolition of roof, terrace, and balcony structures (excluding the roof above the 9th floor) including the installation of emergency drainage and sealing, and the partial or complete demolition of 5 canopies down to their supporting structure.
