Office for the BMWE Initiative 'FRAUEN unternehmen': conceptual development and creation of new measures to raise awareness among girls and women for professional self-employment, in cooperation with 'role model entrepreneurs' (VUs). Addressing vocational schools, universities, and general education schools to promote a stereotype-free career choice. Cooperation with BMWE programs such as SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT-PREIS and 'Gründung in school'. Active participation as a network member of the action plan 'More Women Entrepreneurs for SMEs'. Public placement of the topic 'female entrepreneurship', increasing reach in social media. Targeted expansion of the circle of active VUs, especially from crafts, MINT, AI, digitalization, eastern German states, rural areas, and those who have taken over a business. Core tasks include personnel provision, basic equipment for network coordination and project management, travel activities, internal and external communication including annual media concept creation. Specific services: central contact point for VUs and interested parties, matching VUs with the target group, building and expanding the external network, addressing multipliers and network partners, external communication to strengthen the initiative's visibility and VUs' engagement, internal communication to strengthen the VUs' internal network and support experience exchange, monitoring, evaluation, and preparation of initiative results, targeted expansion of the VU circle.
