Main excavation for widening the water discharge profile in the Ahr riverbed in the urban area of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, sub-section BNA230, for partial widening and ecological upgrading: preliminary removal of topsoil including vegetation layer, layered removal of river-adjacent banks and foreland areas, removal of any obstacles in the ground (foundations, old utilities), construction of access roads from the main construction track for the main excavation, maintenance of the building material and soil storage, sorted separation and temporary storage of excavated material within the construction field, profiling of bank areas, partial installation of embankment and bank stabilization.
