Granite Aggregates (Crushed Sand and Chippings) for DRDP-Constanta

Delivery of granite aggregates: crushed sand of 0-4 mm grain size and chippings of 4-8 mm, 8-16 mm, 16-22.4 mm, 16-31.5 mm grain sizes. The framework agreement has a duration of 4 years with a maximum value of 13,054,800 Lei and a maximum quantity of 33,000 tons of crushed sand 0-4 mm, and 67,400 tons of chippings of the specified grain sizes. The minimum value of the framework agreement is 1,305,480 Lei with a minimum quantity of 3,300 tons of crushed sand 0-4 mm and 6,740 tons of chippings. The largest sub-contract has a value of 3,263,700 Lei with 8,250 tons of crushed sand 0-4 mm and 16,850 tons of chippings; the smallest sub-contract has a value of 326,370 Lei with 825 tons of crushed sand 0-4 mm and 1,685 tons of chippings. The aggregates are to be transported by the supplier to the DRDP-Constanta Production Section located on the A2 motorway, km 142+800, lane 2; transport costs are included in the offer. A minimum of one sub-contract will be awarded per year. Modifications to delivery duration, quantities, due to regulatory requirements, or subcontractors are permissible under certain conditions according to Art. 221 of Law 98/2016.
