Design and Construction of Craiova – Filiasi Motorway and Filiasi – Targu Jiu Expressway, Lot 4

Notice title: PROIECTARE SI EXECUTIE “Autostrada Craiova – Filiasi si Drum Expres Filiasi – Targu Jiu – Lotul 4”

Design and construction of Lot 4 of the investment "Craiova – Filiasi Motorway and Filiasi – Targu Jiu Expressway": total length approximately 22.925 km, comprising 5.103 km as motorway profile and 17.822 km as expressway profile. The contract allows for modifications to contracting parties, company form, adaptation of the technical execution project to site realities, changes in levels, positions, and dimensions of works, adjustments due to environmental requirements, relocation of objects, inclusion or replacement of subcontractors/suppliers, changes in key personnel, modifications to the expropriation corridor, adjustments through state/local agreements, legislative or technical standard changes, extension of the execution duration according to Clause 35, changes due to requests from institutions/authorities, archaeological discharges, and changes due to unknown terrain or hydrographic conditions. These modifications must not constitute substantial changes as per Article 221 para. (7) of Law no. 98/2016; further information is available in the contract.
