Maintenance and functional improvement of De Barones Parking Garage in Breda: Further development of the existing Definitive Design (DO) into an Implementation-Ready Design and the realization of the works. Services include structural works such as floor coatings, ceilings, painting, replacement of doors and facade frames, renovation of toilet facilities. For the Tolbrugstraat entrance, facade adaptations, layout optimization, renewal of floor finishes, ceilings, painting, and balustrades are planned. Installation-technical works involve the replacement of jet and exhaust fans, renewal of control technology for ventilation, and CO and LPG detection systems. Electrical installations include the replacement and adaptation of lighting and power installations, replacement of switch and distribution boards, renewal of lighting, emergency lighting, and escape route signage, replacement of the emergency power generator, and renewal of fire alarm and evacuation systems. Execution will be phased. Indicative planning: Design development, engineering, and construction preparation January – February 2027; Realization March – end July 2027; Maintenance period 1 year from end July 2027 to end July 2028.
