Postal services for the Municipality of Breda: comprehensive postal services, including collection, sorting, transport, and delivery of addressed mail items and parcels; processing and delivery of election mail; handling of returns; collection and delivery service for PO box mail; handling of registered mail (domestic and international) and other special postal services; quality assurance and performance monitoring. Excluded are door-to-door distribution of municipal messages and bicycle courier services. Framework agreement with one contractor. Duration 2 years from February 1, 2027, with an option for two extensions of 1 year each, maximum duration 4 years. Award criterion is the lowest price.
