Green area maintenance and care in the city of Kalisz, Region VII: mowing lawns and road verges, raking, removal of mown material; care (watering, fertilizing) of young plantings (trees, shrubs, perennials, climbing plants, seasonal plants); spring and autumn leaf raking including removal; hedge trimming, shrub trimming, removal of cuttings; trimming of flower heads of shrubs and perennials including removal of cuttings; weeding of shrub groups, perennials, and flowerbeds including removal of weeds; sweeping and snow removal from stairs; cleaning of benches; cleaning of bins; maintenance of alleys (sweeping including waste removal, winter maintenance including snow removal, sand purchase, spreading, post-winter cleaning); operation of the automatic irrigation system; repair and painting of benches; removal of self-sown plants, shoots, collection and removal of broken branches and limbs; ongoing cleanliness in parks, squares, and green spaces. The service starts no earlier than 01.09.2026 and ends on 29.02.2028 or when the contractually specified amount is exhausted, whichever occurs first. An option for similar services is provided up to a net value of 442,201.53 PLN. An option right can be used to increase service quantities or extend the contract period by a maximum of 12 months, also up to a maximum net value of 442,201.53 PLN. further items as per the tender documents
